Often companies have the resources and capabilities internally to carry out the work necessary to uplift and improve service delivery in the contact centre but just lack the skill in identifying the areas that need attention and putting together an action plan to roll out.

If you are in this situation, Poulton Consulting will come in and sit with these staff and assist them in doing this.

This is available on an ad-hoc basis (project by project) or as an ongoing monthly retainer with an agreed number of hours at your disposal whenever you need it.
